Before placing an order
Before you place an order, please register with a forwarding service so that merchandise can be delivered outside Japan.
Right-on Online Shopping recommends Tenso.com.
Step 1: Adding merchandise to your cart
On the product details page, select the color and size of the product you want, enter a quantity, and click the "add to shopping cart" button.
A message "a product has been added to your cart" appears.
The product has been added to the shopping cart in the header.
Step 2: Checking your cart
After checking the products you selected as well as their quantities and total amount, click "place an order."
Step 3: Membership registration
Shopping at Right-on Online Shopping requires membership registration. Registration is free of charge.
New users should register from the "membership registration page."
If you are already a member, enter your customer ID and password, and press the "login" button.
If you are already a member, proceed to Step 4.
Read the website usage terms and click the "accept the terms and register" button.
Enter the required information and click the "confirmation screen" button.
Enter the address assigned by the forwarding service in the address field. Please note that if you enter an address outside Japan in the address field, we will not be able to deliver the merchandise.
A screen confirming the information to be registered will be displayed.
After checking the information you entered, click the "register with this information" button.
This completes the membership registration process.
Step 4: Selecting how you receive products
Select "door-to-door delivery service" and click the "enter your delivery address" button.
Step 5: Checking delivery address information
Check that the address assigned by your forwarding service is entered in the delivery address field, and click the "payment information settings" button.
If you are using Tenso.com, you can see detailed information on how to use the service using the button at the right.
Step 6: Setting a payment method
If you are using a forwarding service, only credit cards are accepted for payment.
Select "credit card" as the payment method prior to entering your credit card information.
Finally, click the "confirm your order" button.
*Please note that COD orders will be canceled automatically.
Step 7: Confirming your order
Check the details of your order and click the "place an order with the information above" button.
Step 8: Order complete
As soon as your order is complete, an email will be sent to you regarding the order details.
Please check the information in the email.
